Over the course of your 12 months in the Mentoring Program, you'll earn lots of travel agent certifications, participate in training calls, vendor presentations, the Brownell Company Meeting, and Virtuoso's Travel Mart. Your monthly "homework" assignments are where you really dig in to discover your unique sale specialties and business focus. Here is an idea of what you can expect:

• Earn a variety of industry certifications from the leading travel agent training programs such as The Travel Institute, CLIA, hotel and resort programs, destination specialties, cruise line certification programs, and specialty niche product certifications.
• Monthly Conference Calls: Graduates of our Mentoring Program say this is one of the most valuable aspects of the program because it gives them the opportunity to discuss all of their questions and gain invaluable insight from the very best travel advisors in the world. The calls include a session for sharing ideas for individual "challenges" the mentee may have experienced in the past month. Each month's call has a different theme as well as the general networking and problem solving sessions.
• Homework: Each month you'll have a specific assignment related to your business development, industry knowledge and expertise. Past mentees tell us that these assignments were critical in their business success.
• Marketing Plan: One of your first assignments is to create a one-year marketing plan and you'll be discussing this plan each month with our program directors!
• Vendor Trainings: You'll be learning so much - so often - from so many spectacular vendor training sessions - you'll just be amazed! The opportunity to form relationships with the top travel providers in the world is just another edge that makes our luxury host agency program the very best.
• Meetings: We know networking is critical and we offer our mentees every opportunity to do so. Some of your meetings will include the Brownell Company Meeting, Virtuoso Travel Mart, and special vendor presentations.
