Even worse, at some host companies, YOU have to identify and claim your own commissions. Yikes! Wouldn't it be nicer to know that you are actually RECEIVING all of the monies you've worked so hard to earn? We want you to spend your time selling and working with your clients. We'll handle all the back office.

When you work with Brownell, you'll be amazed at how we manage your accounting. Here are just some of the things we provide for you on a weekly, monthly and annual basis:

• Weekly Sales Reports that outline everything you've invoiced in the past week.
• Monthly Settlement Statements: You will receive a full accounting each month that summarizes all of the activity in your business. Sales, income, expenses, outstanding commissions, including all transactions that touch your business in the past month. Our independent associates tell us that our settlement statements are THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY!
• Outstanding Commission Reports: You'll receive this report each month! It's so helpful to know which vendors are not paying you and which are slow-pay.
• Production Reports: You'll receive these reports 2 times per year, but can request them at any time. It's very helpful to know your production on a quarter-to-quarter or year-over-year basis. Many of our advisors take these reports to meet with vendors at Travel Mart.

Just how seriously do we take your business? Here is just one example of a Brownell policy that supports you in a very important and unique way: vendors are not allowed to visit our offices or present to our team if they have a single outstanding commission. We require that they take immediate action to clear the account before we will schedule a training. To our knowledge, there are no other host agencies for travel agents that do the same.
